Been almost a month, where have I been?

And does aybody care?

Let's start by saying that it's been a busy month. I've spent hours getting ready for the impending move, played a few round of golf with "the boys, had a very successful garage sale, and now I'm enjoying my first long weekend off all summer YYEE HAA!!

I guess I owe an apology to Brent H and Ray S from work, I was rubbing my long weekend off in their faces all Friday morning, now I find out that Ray may have been pissed off at me.

Whoops!!

I'm allowed to be happy, this is my second weekend off in about 7 months.

I'm always suprised how badly I play golf when I play with "the boys". I routinely fall apart better courses too. We should all be within 5-7 strokes of each other, unless somebody has a great round, but I have the worst rounds of the year when I play with them. It sure is annoying!!

The courses were fantastic, The Rock was tough, with lots of blind shots and tough bunkers, and the private course "Port Carling" was a more open layout with less blind spots, but it played WAY tougher.

At the Rock Fred said "it couldn't get tougher than that", I guess that's another big WHoops!

The garage sale was great, not from the standpoint of getting up at 6:45 A.M., but because I made almost $300. I even sold my old race bike for $80 .... the guy had actually heard of it ... call me suprised!

As it sits, I have about 2 small boxes of crap to sell, worse comes to worse I move with it and sell it at the new place.

Work was fun last week, no Ron. Brent H spent about 4 hours one morning doing nothing, and Chris did the "I work har every night, I'm just going to face the store and watch cash. The problem is that it only takes till about 4 a.m.. He spent the rest of the night hunting for a rat we had in the store. Otherwise it was a great week, I actually got a downnight where I could do a proper relign....YAY!
