Never have enough time!! I preferred my old life!

I'm one of those people that never fit into the "mold", somebody that did what he wanted, what made him happy, and never thought about what society would think.

"Yeah, but you've worked at A&P for 25 years!" YEP, but I've pretty much paid my bills and had free time ...... I work to live NOT the other way around. Too many people are trying to amass wealth, trying OH so hard to buy a bigger home just to impress others.

I do love my toys, and they certainly are toys "within my reach", nothing too exotic. I'll take trips, but would I spend $3000 on a trip to an "all inclusive" in Mexico??...... THAT'S 3 GRAND ...... Just to put it in perspective, I did a 10 day 6000KM trip to the East coast of Canada for less than $1200 ALL IN! I didn't stay at high end places, actually I camped 5 of my 10 nights away(thanks F&M for allowing me the floor on the rainy second night:)), and the first night I slept in my car ....."but that", as Hammy Hamster would say "is another story"!

What I'm missing right now is my regular visits to see F,M, and D in Newmarket, I've been up there a few times, but I can't justify the time when I look around at all that I need to do around here ....... OK, not just me, Karen and Allison too, but it seems people need an invite to realize lots of work needs to be done to sell a home, even when they are part owners

I can't wait for a more normal life, a time when I can do what I WANT to do.
