Diet/change in eating habits UPDATE

Well, things have improved, I eat fruit everyday and routinely cook some veggies with dinner. I also found that chocolate doesn't rule mylife

Things aren't perfect though, I found a substitute for chocolate, kinda half way between good and bad. They are called "Real Fruit", sure they are made using real fruit puries, and that's the good part, the bad part is the added sugar. I'll keep working on that part.

During the real hot days I caught myself having an ice-cream cone. NowI love ice-cream, but if somebody could find me lime sherbet I think I'd be able to ..... lick.....this bad habit. Sherbet is MUCH more healthy, look it up:)

I'vealso found that Swiss Chalet makes for a very easy dinner. I know the killer part is the fries and I need to work on ordering something else as my side ..... baked potatatatoe OK?

I also need to work on the time I eat, I still eat in the morning when I come home even if I'm heading to bed shortly. I may be hungry, but eating an hour before I go to bed can't be good for me.

That's it for now ........... OH wait, I also need to drink more water ......any water!
